Our Hospice Services:
Registered Nurses
Our registered nursing team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Around the clock service is an important asset to hospice care.
Physicians
Our hospice physician collaborates with the patient’s primary physician to provide a tailored plan for pain management.
Equipment/Prescriptions
Southland Hospice covers most hospice-related medical equipment and prescription drugs needed for patients.
Volunteers
Our volunteers provide an array of companionship, support, and care for the patient.
Counseling
We treat each individual with the respect and dignity they deserve in hospice care. Our counseling background includes a thorough understanding of spiritual, bereavement, social work, and dietary needs.
Levels of Care
Our levels of care include respite, general inpatient care, and continuous. A patients’ care level is tailored to meet their hospice needs.
Home Health Aides
Our home health aides develop a bond with hospice patients through self-care assistance.

Our Psychiatric Nursing Program utilizes established behavioral health protocols performed by highly-trained certified care staff. We strive to provide our patients with high-quality treatment from experienced and understanding individuals who are highly educated on the unique needs of those with a behavioral health or psychiatric concern in the hospice setting.
